Warm Carmeltini

Now that the fall cool weather is here I’ve been craving a warm cocktail…the kind for adults only.   Typically hot cocktails begin with brown liquors such as cognac or whisky.   I’m not a brown liquor kind of gal, I wanted cocktail where I could infuse a cream liquor with the flavors of the season like crisp apples and cinnamon. No fear brown liquor lovers, you won’t miss the taste.  This cocktail packs a toasty punch in the first sip!


  • 4 Tbsp Bailey’s Irish Crème
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Vodka
  • 1 Apple slice
  • 2 tsp Carmel
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon, optional

Bar Tools

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Mini Martini Glass
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Sauce Pan
  • Small Bowl


  1. Combine Bailey’s Irish Crème and caramel in a bowl, heat in microwave for 30 seconds.  Pour heated mixer into shaker.
  2. Add vodka to shaker and shake well.  Pour contents into mini martini glass.
  3. Garnish with apple slice and top with cinnamon
